Demonstration of Client 'Care Visit Record'.

Once a client of HomeCareDirect you will create your own secure password, to access the 'Client Login' section of this site. This will take you to a record of your own care visits.

Care visits can be monitored on-line as they take place through the week.

From your Care Visit Record you will be able to :-

• Create your own care visit times when you want to receive your support at home.

• Change your personal carer visit times if you wish.

• View when the personal carer arrives and leaves - as recorded when your personal carer places their I.D. card in the HomeCareDirect Support Box in your home.

• Make sure the care visits are the correct duration.

• Add extra visits if needed.

• Use the visit times as a basis for HomeCareDirect to pay your personal carers.
